Internative grants you a non-exclusive license to use the platform to create and manage your content. You retain ownership of your content, but Internative may need certain rights to display and deliver it through the platform. We own and retain all rights to the Internative platform and its content and templates (excluding user-generated content).

You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, violating any applicable laws or regulations, transmitting unsolicited advertising, and impersonating others.

You may not use the Internative platform for:

• Any unlawful purpose or violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors.
• Sending unsolicited advertising or promotional materials (spam).
• Impersonating Internative or any other person or entity.
• Infringing on the rights of others.
• Disrupting or interfering with the functioning of the platform.
• Sending unsolicited emails or messages to those who haven't opted-in.

We may use third-party services to monitor and analyze the use of our platform.

Internative relies on third-party APIs for content generation, translation, building, sending emails and WhatsApp messages, and functionalities related to sweepstakes, quizzes, and polls. We are not liable for any issues arising from these third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

All services provided by Internative may be used for lawful purposes only. Users are prohibited from engaging in certain activities, including spamming and the use of purchased leads.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our platform after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
